OBAMARAMA BOOM BAM BOOM

The folks at downtown’s Filter and Apartment 3 are throwing a big benefit for Obama Saturday night from 7-11pm.  The shindig is appropriately titled OBAMARAMA. According to the Neu Black blog, the party promises to be a doozy featuring sales of samples, art and fashion from tres Obama fashionable OBEY and tons of other Obamafide fashion goods. It costs $10 to get in but you MUST RSVP before you show up.

AIDS Walk Los Angeles

It’s not too late to register for the AIDS Walk happening this Sunday.

The deadline to register a new team for AIDS Walk Los Angeles 2008 has passed. Feel free to join one of our over 1,450 existing teams or form an unofficial team by registering as individuals and walking together! Thank you for your support. AIDS Walk Los Angeles will take place on Sunday, October 19, 2008 in beautiful West Hollywood. The AIDS Walk begins and ends in West Hollywood Park at San Vicente Boulevard, between Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard. Walkers should enter the venue at the intersection of San Vicente Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard to turn in their funds. Day-of-Event Map & Directions.
